YourTango's Director of Audience Development will be responsible for marketing YourTango's brand, content, digital products and services and driving engagement on YourTango.com. The position will report directly to the EVP, Interactive and work closely with Production, Editorial, Development and Sales.
Responsibilities:
• Developing creative and efficient methods to drive traffic and engagement on YourTango.com and partner sites
• Analyzing metrics and proposing/executing strategies to develop YourTango's core audience
• Managing YourTango's strategic content partnerships
• Overseeing YourTango.com SEO initiatives (working with SEO resources to coordinate SEO content production, on-site optimization, link building and strategic partnerships)
• Managing YourTango.com's social media presence and engagement (primarily Facebook and Twitter)
• Building YourTango's registered user base and newsletter subscribers

The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:

• 5 or more years of digital experience, preferably with a media property
• High-level analytical skills and experience with digital analytics tools (Omniture, Google Analytics, ComScore, etc.)
• Active in social media (strong familiarity with Facebook and Twitter) and eager to learn about emerging trends
• Outstanding Excel skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• The ability to manage strategic partnerships
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and analyzing
